Peter Simon

Having recently been the landlord of a local Butcombe Brewery pub, the Ring O’ Bells at Hinton Blewitt, I am now providing management services to a variety of local south-west based pubs. Prior to this I spent various periods of time consulting in the leisure industry, notably hotels, restaurants and pubs. My early career, however, was in Banking and Financial Services, which gave me a very broad background to financial and accounting issues, marketing and even human resources.

From that base I have covered a wide variety of industries as a management consultant, including many aspects of care delivery and other diverse industries such as IT, Car Hire, Investments and Training. I spent two fulfilling years as National Fundraising Manager for BIBIC, a children’s charity based in the South West, and also spent 9 months as Corporate Fundraiser for a large disability charity in Andover.

I hope that my wide-based marketing, financial and fundraising skills and experience will help SWALLOW to flourish.
