Tony Quinn

Tony's career began with a financial role with NatWest plc in one of its constituent banks, National Provincial. He spent several years in retail banking both in branches and in a regional sales function. He began to specialise in training and development in 1984 and has undertaken the delivery of management and technical programmes as well as being involved in strategic development projects. He has been involved in a number of assessment and development centres both as an assessor and manager.

Tony is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development by qualification and experience.

As an independent consultant Tony works with managers and team leaders both as an outplacement consultant and as a facilitator for management programmes.

Currently Company Secretary for SWALLOW having been a Trustee for the past 10 years.
