Fitness and Health 

Our range of health and fitness activities currently includes football, swimming, walks and zumba.  

The SWALLOW football team trains on a Monday night at Chilcompton Village Hall 7pm till 8pm and we are always looking for new players – please contact Sam Newbold on  samnewbold@swallowcharity.org if you are interested.
